Warranty Repair Information
Machine Repairs: All repairs must be done at an authorized PearseFar SMS service center during the warranty period. You can send the product that requires repair to one of our designated locations.
Warranty Period: The warranty period for all machine repairs is 1 year from the date of shipment. If you’re unsure if your machine is still under warranty, please contact us during normal business hours.
Self-Repair Disclaimer: If you choose to repair the product yourself, you will not be entitled to manual compensation. For parts covered under the warranty, please contact us for assistance.
Contact Us Before Returning Products: We do not accept returns without prior communication. Contact us to inquire about service hours, business location, and repair work availability before returning items that need repair.

Engine Warranty Information
Engines: Warranty for our engines is 1 year from the date of shipment. However, VANGUARD and KOHLER engines are covered for 3 years, while other brands are covered for 1 year.
Machine Warranty: The warranty for the entire machine, excluding the engine, is 1 year. Unless otherwise specified, all products will be free from material or process defects for 1 year from the shipment date.
Product Defects: If a product is defective or damaged during transportation, we have the option to repair, replace, or refund the product. The warranty does not cover worn-out parts or products under normal use.
Return Authorization: If a return is accepted under warranty, you must first obtain return authorization from PearseFar SMS via phone or email before returning a defective product.
How to File a Warranty Claim
When you encounter issues with your product, stop using it immediately and contact our customer support team. Our support staff can assist with common issues over the phone, saving you time and minimizing interruptions.
Claim Documentation: To expedite the warranty process, you will need to submit videos/pictures of the problem and a description of the condition via email to info@pearsefarsms.com. Photos and/or videos are required for all warranty claims. Claims without attached images or videos will not be processed.
Repair Parts & Shipping Costs: We will cover the cost of the repair parts and standard LTL logistics shipping costs from the warehouse to the customer. Next Day Air freight or special freight services are not covered by the warranty but can be arranged at the customer’s expense.
Exclusions & Situations Not Covered by Our Warranty
Damage caused by external factors like weather is not covered.
Parts such as blades, teeth, clutches, PTO shafts, belts, and hoses are considered normal wear-and-tear items and are not covered unless defective.
Any alterations or modifications to the product may void the warranty.
PearseFar SMS reserves the right to reject warranty claims at our discretion.
Ownership
The warranty is valid for products purchased from PearseFar SMS only via our official website www.pearsefarsms.com.
Warranty claims require proof of purchase.
Products purchased from third-party sellers are not covered under our warranty.
Limitations of Liability
Under no circumstances shall PearseFar SMS, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any form of consequential damages related to the use of any product, whether physical injury or property damage, for loss of profits, loss of revenue, or any other form of loss or damage.
Submit Product Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, complete the claim form and ensure that all required photos and videos are attached. If you cannot provide these, your claim may be delayed. Once we receive your claim, our team will contact you within 2 business days with a solution.
Note: Warranty claims are only valid for products located within the Continental 48 states of the United States. If the product is outside of this area due to a change of address, it may not be covered by the warranty, and the claimant will be responsible for any shipping costs.
