Please contact customer service at info@pearsefarsms.com indicating the item you are returning and the reason for your refund. Upon doing so, we will reply within 24 hours. For damaged or defective products, we at PearseFar SMS require pictures or videos of the defective or damaged items to process the return or refund.
Once the return request is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label. Please attach the label and send the package to the designated location. Unauthorized return items will not be accepted and sent back.
The items to be returned must be packaged together with the original packaging, and all the included accessories must be placed together in the package as well.
We will process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days after receiving the package.

Various Return Situations
Damaged Upon Receipt
Once we confirm the damage, you have the option to repair the product or return it for replacement at no additional cost. Our technical support team will provide repair services. If you prefer to repair the product through a third-party service provider, you must first obtain authorization from PearseFar SMS.
Incorrect Quantity of Products
If you receive an incorrect quantity, please contact us with your order number, product picture, and details of the discrepancy. If confirmed, we will send the missing product free of charge.
Missing Parts
Please ensure that all parts listed in the packing list are included upon receipt. If any parts are missing, contact us with details, and we will send the missing parts free of charge.
Defective Products
If any of our products do not work properly, please contact PearseFar SMS customer service for technical support. If the product is deemed defective and beyond repair, you may choose to replace or return it free of charge for a full refund.
We will confirm receipt of the returned goods within 5 days and inform you whether the goods meet the return conditions. Refunds typically take up to 5 business days (longer on weekends or holidays) to process. Once completed, you will receive an email confirmation with refund details. The refund will be credited to your original payment method, subject to the bank’s processing time.
Service Notice
Defective Machines/Parts/Returns
Our return policy is subject to specific circumstances. In most cases, issues can be resolved through diagnostics and replacement parts. PearseFar SMS provides a one-year warranty on all equipment. Warranty coverage on additional components varies by manufacturer.
As labor costs are not covered under warranty, there is no compensation for repair time spent by the customer or a third party. Prior to sending any part, PearseFar SMS may require photos or videos as diagnostic evidence, and the customer must provide these as needed.
If an issue cannot be resolved with replacement parts, PearseFar SMS may authorize a return for repair. This decision is solely at our discretion. If the customer chooses to return a product for repair, we will complete the necessary repairs and return the product accordingly.
Alternatively, PearseFar SMS may opt to send a replacement product or accessory instead of conducting on-site repairs or returns. In most cases, we will cover transportation costs, though exceptions may apply at our discretion.
Order Cancellations & Returns
At PearseFar SMS, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with all purchases.
If a customer decides to cancel an order, they must complete a cancellation request form on our website and wait for approval from PearseFar SMS.
If a customer is dissatisfied with a product, we may accept returns at our discretion. The customer must notify us within one week of delivery. PearseFar SMS is not responsible for any expenses or losses exceeding the original purchase price.
