We provide free delivery services within the continental 48 states of the United States, including appointment scheduling. Liftgate service is an optional paid service.
When placing an order, please provide your phone number to facilitate smooth delivery coordination. Your order will be shipped from one of our main warehouses located in CA, IL, NJ, or TX. Under normal conditions, we require 2-3 business days to process the order before shipping.
We work with multiple transportation companies to offer reliable and efficient delivery services. The exact delivery time depends on the order date, shipping address, and the transportation company.

Products are shipped via small package express delivery or LTL truck delivery, depending on size and weight. All orders include free shipping and appointment scheduling. Customers may opt for Liftgate service at an additional cost.
For LTL (Less-than-Truckload) shipments, if the delivery location lacks a loading dock or forklift, a Liftgate is required. If selected, an $80 Liftgate fee applies. The recipient is responsible for moving the product after unloading.
Exclusions: Some heavy or oversized products are not eligible for Liftgate service. Customers must arrange a forklift or loading dock for such deliveries.

Upon delivery, inspect the package immediately. If items are damaged or missing, please reject the shipment and ask the carrier to return it. For minor damage, note the issue on the delivery receipt and contact us within 5 business days.
Important: Signing the delivery receipt indicates you have accepted the shipment in good condition. If you report damage after 5 days, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.
Keep all original packaging, parts, and documentation. If returning a product, ensure it is properly reboxed and ready for pickup.
